"We would like to invite your club to 'Ultimate Dubs 2008'.

Bringing together over 250 of the very best Water-cooled VW, Audi & Seat Show Cars from the U.K & Europe, together under one roof at the Telford International Indoor Centre (Nr. Birmingham)
The show is supported by Local, National & European advertising, aimed at bringing together the best Show Cars, Clubs & associated companies for the enthusiast to enjoy.

The show now in its 3rd year is to be held on Sunday 9th March 2008 to kick off the show season and is ideal for people to see the best show cars & the new show cars which have been built over the winter months and grab those vital parts for your vehicle from the top traders.

The venue is located just off the M54 motorway, slightly to the west of Birmingham making it easily accessible and in the centre of the country. The International Centre is a modern building with all the usual facilities and over 100,000 sq.ft of heated exhibition space with car parks adjacent. There are 2 on-site hotels & 6 hotels within the vicinity of the Centre to keep exhibitors & visitors happy.

The show will feature the following attractions:-

CLUB STAND DETAILS:

There are two types of Club Display Stands available at ‘Ultimate Dubs’.

Indoor Stands – For National Clubs (max. 5 vehicles per Club Stand)
Outdoor Stands – For Regional & National Clubs (max. 6 vehicles per Club Stand)

Due to the large number of clubs, all Club Booking Forms need to be received a.s.a.p, as space is limited due to the amount of bookings we have received already. Forms can be obtained from the website, or alternatively you can request one by e-mailing us at– info@ultimate-dubs.co.uk"

As the blurb said, space is quite tight, and each club display is limited to 6 cars. In order for me to books us a good spot, I need a definate list of who would like to come along, and also will need to submit the reg number and 2 photos of the car you will be bringing. Sorry about all that, but those are the rules.

Even if you dont bring your car to our display, come over and join us for a chat, a laugh and no doubt plenty to eat.

I know it seems a long way off, but this is the first chance for us to show what we can do.

I know that we can only have 6 cars on our display, but maybe we can sort out some sort of rotation system as the day goes on.

Even if you don't bring your motor, come along, say hello and chill over a cuppa and a bite to eat. The plan is to have a buffet that we can all chip in with, and plenty of chairs to site back on and watch the world go by.

I'm sorting a banner, Dubweisers got his balls, so we could also do with some stickers and flyers to hand out.

The message that we want to put out, is that this is a good place to kick back and mess about, with some tasty dubs thrown in for good measure. What more do you need.

If you want to come along, stick your name on the list, and we'll sort out the display cars nearer the time.

I've had a conformation email today saying that we've got our pitch.

Anyone who wants to stay over ther nights before?

There are rooms still availiable at 2 local hotels. Rooms are £65 each, and are availiable through Ultimate Dubs.

If you need one, you need to fill in a booking form and send the loot as soon as possible. PM me, and I'll send you a form.

Apparantly, there is a fair old party on the Saturday night as all the clubs get together, plus you are on site for a bit of last minute detailling early on Sunday morning.

Only 6 weeks to go, and it,s a bit quiet on here.

I need to get our banner sorted in the next few days.

We've got our pitch booked, and we are ready to rock. So can you let me know who is coming for sure?
