Alright Matt.

JD's got me into this detailing thing, so it seems I need to stock up on products.

No doubt we will have to chat about a deal at some point. :)

I am getting rid of all of my stock at the mo to focus on Detailing and will only be stocking Dodo Juice Products, at the moment they do a Paint Cleaner which is Lime Prime and various waxes depending on what you prefer:-

Hard Waxes if you prefer applying waxes by Applicator and they are a little more durable or Soft Waxes if you prefer applying by hand. Then you just choose if you want a generic wax for all colours or a Colour Specific Wax. Next month will be a Dodo Juice shampoo and more to follow on early next year.

So if you want any products, now is a good time to buy off of me as I am selling all my old stock off cheap to make way for the Dodo! :D

I've just done my wifes black peugeot with zymol cleaner wax, so I need somthing good to seal that, and something to keep topping up the shine on my silver-blue passat.

What do you reckon? Oh, and I like to apply by hand.

IMO The Cleaner Wax is an ok product for an all in one but it wont last that long. You could seal it in with AutoGlym EGP but again not good on the durability front.

You could use other products but will make the job longer but give better results. Megs 3 step- Megs Paint Cleaner DC1 followed by Polish DC2 (Well they call it a polish but its really a glaze)They are both really good...but def do away with the 3rd step wax as thats pants! So choose another wax/sealent over that. You can get all of those in Halfrauds.

Depending on your budget its worth having a stand alone wax, one of the Dodo Juice Waxes, Zymol waxes, Swissvax, Collinite, Chemical Guys...just to name a few.

There is an all manor of things you could do, all depends on Money, Time you want to spend and results you want to achieve. ie do you want looks over durability???

I want something that will last for 2-3 months with a weekly Autoglym shampoo. But not too dear.

Id go for a Dodo Juice Hard Candy Wax then on its own, do away with the cleaner wax and maybe just break that out say every 4 months to give the paint a clean...Just so happens I have Hard Candy to sell!!! hehe
